Holly and Rosalie recently helped me transfer my website. The whole process was smooth and painless with excellent communication - clear estimates, regular updates and excellent support at handover meant I didn't have to worry during the transfer and I could hit the ground running when I took over the site. As a self-employed professional musician I had never had any training on the business aspect of my life, and hadn't realised how much I could improve things before I worked with Holly. She asked very astute questions about how I organise my work and what my priorities are, and helped me to make the necessary changes to streamline my admin and think in a more long-term way about medium and longer goals and how to achieve them.
