Neurodiversity Celebration Week 2026 - Client Spotlight

Neurodiversity Celebration Week may have come to an end, but for the team at Sycamore Online Business Management, it’s more than an ‘event’, and certainly not something that fits neatly into a single week.

Over the week, we have had the absolute pleasure of shining a spotlight on some of our amazing clients and their businesses. This blog brings all of those spotlights together in one place. Whether you missed a post, want to revisit a story, or are looking to connect with any of the businesses featured, you will find everything here.

So this is both a reflection and a thank you.

Thank you for supporting us, for supporting our clients, and for being part of a community that values different ways of thinking, working and building.

Neurodiversity Celebration Week

Andreia was inspired to start the Neurodiverse Voices initiative through her lived experience as the mother of an autistic daughter. What began as a podcast in April 2024 has grown into a vibrant platform amplifying neurodivergent voices, sharing research, and fostering inclusive conversations.

Through projects like the NDV Podcast, NDV Coffee Mornings (in collaboration with Autism Champions CIC), and Let’s Talk Neurodiversity school sessions, the initiative creates safe, supportive spaces for parents, carers, professionals, and neurodivergent individuals to connect, learn, and be heard.

Whether you’re here to listen, learn, or get involved, Neurodiverse Voices is more than a podcast — it’s a growing community committed to embracing difference and driving change.

Selina - Multi‑Muse Maestro
Neurodiversity Celebration Week

For over 12 years, Selina has been sprinkling her workshop magic across the corporate, arts, education, and charity worlds — from The Federation of Entertainment Unions (FEU) to Croydon Council to the Bush Theatre.

She has the rare ability to get a room full of humans actually interacting with each other…willingly.

On stage, you may have caught her in the sell‑out show Passion Fruit at the Barbican — or spotted her test‑driving fresh jokes across London comedy clubs, bravely searching for laughter.

As co‑founder of Joyce Evelyn Productions, Selina shines a spotlight on stories that history tried to tuck away.

She’s written, produced, and performed pieces on legends like Winifred Atwell, the first Black woman to have a UK No.1 single and her own TV show, and Princess Sophia Duleep Singh, goddaughter of Queen Victoria, suffragette and youngest daughter of the last Maharaja.

Selina is currently creating a new series of meditation workshops — because nothing says “zen” like a woman who also tells jokes in a dark room full of strangers at 11 pm.
